I started working with Jo Sloanes around 2015, a new business which had no branding or online presence. Over 5 years I helped build a recogniseable brand and updating their web presence to a main lading page, 2 themed wordpress portfolio websites and an opencart e-commerce shop (enquiry based not sales).
Over 5 years the business changed and developed into an interior and exterior design service with a great team of designers and builders. Two wordpress websites where created to display a portfolio of their work and an over-arching HTML & CSS landing page was created with a top meanu to tie the key sections together.
A friend of mine with a great passion for photography wanted to display his freelance photography skills with the possibility of selling prints from the website at a later date.
After initial discussion, the website would be very light on content with large, bold photographs doing most of the work. The Avada theme was chosen on a wordpress platform, with the possibility to extend it at a future date with the woo-commerce plugin.
With a current wordpress website it was decided to improve performance and SEO with a completely bespoke HTML & CSS website. Using the Hugo static site generator, Tachyons CSS framework, a little sprinkle or jQuery and a splash of PHP for user enquiry forms.
This is a current project, but you can read more about this on my dedicated portfolio page.
This is a current design which will be progressing into a bespoke wordpress or opencart theme.
Motorsport performance parts have limited retailers in the UK, there are even less retailers offering a fully supply and fit service. DRW have a unique proposition in the North-West of England and the website is being designed to appeal to car enthusiats through-out the UK. The website is being planned with SEO in mind with key landing pages for specific cars with a huge range of parts for sale on these landing pages, compared against competitors who just have online shops.
This is a future project - please check back for progress.
I'm currently looking for a new challenge - please feel free to get in touch however you prefer!
